Appointment Policies

To ensure a smooth experience for all clients and to respect the provider’s time, the following policies are in place:

Booking Deposit

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your service total at the time of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly require at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $150 cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy

Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged a $150 no-show fee and may be required to prepay in full for future bookings.

Late Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to avoid disrupting other scheduled appointments. In this case, the $150 cancellation fee may apply.

Consultations

All aesthetic treatments require a consultation to determine candidacy and create a personalized treatment plan. Treatment may be performed the same day if medically appropriate.

Deposits & Fees

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new appointment time if rescheduled with 24+ hours notice.
